In spite of that, people have the endurance to sit and learn something for not more than 2 hours continuous. But, Kathiravan M. Pethi and his 36 students (all India), attended a lesson which lasted for 78 hours and 3 minutes, starting from October 31 to November 3, 2008, at Association of Physicians, Bangalore, India. The lesson learnt was about the mission and vision of Mahatma Gandhi, the Indian leader.

Archery is the art, practice, or skill of releasing arrows  in the air with the use of a bow. Historically, archery was used for hunting and combat. But an Indian ace archer Kaustubh Uday Bhosle from Mumbai, India, used his bow and arrow for a total different purpose.  He propelled a single arrow from his bow and bursted 25 water balloons in one go, on March 18, 2011, in Mumbai, India.

Singing is an act of producing musical sounds with the voice by the use of both tonality and rhythm. B. Rahiman who hails from Tamil Nadu, India, sang songs for 135 hours continuously at St. Michael Matric Higher Secondary School, Gingee, Tamil Nadu. He started his record feat at 10:10pm on October 27, 2011 and concluded at 1:10pm.on November 2, 2011.

Chundan Vallam (Beaked Boat or snake boat) also known to the outside world as Kerala snake boats, are one of the icons of Kerala culture and are used in boat race. Aries Punnamada Chundan is the longest Steel Boat measuring 143.25 ft long, 5.74 ft wide and weighing 8 tons and has a canoe crew of 141 members on board; including 136 rowers and 5 helmsmen. It was successfully rowed in public in Kerala, India, on May 1, 2008.

On the occasion of the inauguration of “ANNAI TERESA ANBALAYAM” of R. C. M. Elementary School and also the 37th annual day celebration of R. C. M.Group of Schools, Chennai, 508 students of R.C.M. Matriculation School participated in the painting of the same slogan in order to convey the message of national integrity on February 18, 2012. The event was organized by R.C.M. Group of School, in association with Lovely Digital, in their school premises in Avadi, Chennai. The event was sponsored by Abhirami Silks, Avadi, Chennai.

On the occasion of inauguration ceremony of ‘Annai Teresa Anbalayam’ of RCM Elementary School and the 37th annual day celebration of RCM Group of Schools, a total of 305 students of RCM Elementary School dressed up in Green on February 18, 2012, at their school premises in Chennai, India.
