Maximum dishes prepared with Cau Duc Pineapple

Cau Duc pineapple based-dishes (Hau Giang province, Vietnam) set an Asian record value (according to the Asian Records criteria for cuisine and specialty). Cau Duc Pineapple is Thailand’s Queen variety, with dark yellow flesh and a crispy, sweet flavor. The locals have produced a plethora of high-value pineapple-based products such as pineapple fruit juice, dried pineapple, jam, Hau Giang province has planned an event in 2022 to process 100 dishes made from Cau Duc pineapple and has been awarded the national record for “the largest event for preparing and processing dishes made from pineapple in Vietnam”. The record was confirmed on March 23rd, 2023.
