Adarsh V (born on June 26, 1998) of Kerala, India, is titled as ‘Grand Master’ for carving out the names of all Indian states and their capitals on pencil leads. He carved out all the 28 Indian states, along with their respective capitals on 28 different pencil leads, using blades and pencils, as confirmed on July 25, 2020.
