Mehak (born on July 6, 2017) of Tamil Nadu, India, set a record for being the youngest to recite all Indian states and their capitals. She recited the names of all the 28 states of India and their capitals in 31 seconds at the age of 3 years, 11 months and 19 days, as confirmed on June 25, 2021.
