Pragyat Prasun (born on May 24, 2011) of Tripura, India, set a record for being the youngest to hold the Baddha Konasana position (the asana helps to strengthen and improve flexibility in the inner thighs and knees). He remained in the Baddha Konasana (bound angle pose) position for 10 minutes and 3 seconds, at the age of 9 years, 11 months and 5 days, as confirmed on April 29, 2021.
