Utkarsh Soni (born on January 16, 2005) of Uttar Pradesh, India, set a record for being the youngest licenced skydiver. He received USPA- A Licence (A-108227 on March 15, 2023) from Dropzone Thailand at the age of 18 years, 1 month and 30 days, as confirmed on April 12, 2023.
