World Record for Largest Sushi Roll by an individual

Chef Nick DiGiovanni and Chef Lynn Davis of Massachusetts, USA set a record for the largest sushi roll. They used 500 pounds of cucumber, 500 pounds of salmon, 2000 pounds of sushi rice and 1000 pounds of nori in its making. The giant sushi roll that the chef duo created weighed a whooping 1360 kg, it measured 2.16 meter or 7 feet 1 inch in terms of diameter, as confirmed on October 7, 2022.
