Tan Lily (born on April 6, 1969) of Singapore, along with 35 talented balloon artists from East Asia, created a tallest balloon sculpture using most balloons(80,000) on the theme ‘PIRATE SHIP IN MOST EXOTIC PLACES’ measuring 23m X 8m and 12.5 tall, on March 21, 2014. It took over 30 hours to inflate.
