Biju Narayanan (born on February 27, 1970) of Kerala, India, set a record for making the smallest working spinning wheel (measuring 4.43 mm × 4.20 mm × 4.16 mm). He made eight spinning wheels using teak wood, as confirmed on July 31, 2020.
