Vilas Vijay Rahate (born on October 6, 1994) of Maharashtra, India, set a record for making the smallest portrait rangoli of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj (measuring 3 cm × 3 cm) in 43 minutes and 27 seconds. He made the rangoli using pigment colours and canvas, as confirmed on January 27, 2021.
