Akhil Bhartiya Marwari Mahila Sammelan of Jharkhand, India, set a record for organising the participation of the maximum number of people in a body donation awareness rally. The NGO organised a rally (under their National Project Angdan, Dehdan, Raktdan) with the objective of ‘Body Donation Awareness’ from December 17, 2022 to January 17, 2023 for commemorating 73 years of Republic Day celebrations. A total number of 19,396 people participated from 128 branches of 13 Indian states, as confirmed on February 1, 2023.
