Mantha Omprakash, a specially abled person (born on July 10, 1997) of Telangana, India, set a record for carving out the National Anthem on pencil leads. Suffering with 44% of Locomotor Disability, he beautifully carved out the National Anthem on 17 pencil leads, as confirmed on January 12, 2022.
