Maximum vegetarian dishes presented at a food exhibition organised by an educational institution

St. Antony’s Higher Secondary School Ammadam of Kerala, India, set a record for presenting the maximum number of vegetarian dishes at a food exhibition. A total number of 1,026 vegetarian dishes, using 66 vegetables, were presented by the students as part of the ‘Green Rich Expo’ on September 30, 2023, in the premises of the school, as confirmed on October 14, 2023.
