Gayathri Vatsalya (SVK Shikshan Sanstha) of Maharashtra, India, set a record for maximum specially-abled people participating in an inclusive millet cooking contest. The SVK Shikshan Sanstha invited 540 specially-abled people from all walks of life along with normal people who came together and prepared Millet recipes, along with other ingredients at the Zero Mile Station, Freedom Park, Sitabuldi, Nagpur, Maharashtra on March 18, 2023 to support inclusion and to promote millets as a healthy eating option.
