Chef Vishnu Manohar, with the support of Cabinet Minister of Maharashtra Shri Sudhir Mungantiwar, set the record for preparing and serving the largest quantity of Millets Urja Khichdi in a single cauldron. They cooked 6750 kg of Millets Urja Khichdi, made with Bajra, Rice, Mung Dal, Vegetables, Oil, and Water on January 5, 2024. The Millets Urja Khichdi was distributed to various social organizations and schools in the Chandrapur District of Maharashtra, as confirmed on April 24, 2024.
