The record for the maximum number of people singing a patriotic song in Indian Sign Language was set by Composite Regional Center for Persons with Disabilities (CRC-K) and Kerala Police, Kozhikode, Kerala. On December 8, 2024, the initiative was inaugurated by Shri P.A. Muhammed Riyas, Hon’ble Minister for Tourism & Public Works, Kerala. A total of 2,225 participants gathered at Mananchira Square, Kozhikode, to perform the National Integration Song “Sare Jahan Se Achcha” in Indian Sign Language (ISL). This event marked the observance of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, as confirmed on November 7, 2025.
