Volunteers from 73 different countries set a record for doing a beach clean-up together in Oman. Several participants at the Youth Sailing World Championships, including sailors, Oman Sail officials, staff at Barceló Mussanah Resort and members from the OMRAN Group set a record with 73 nationalities collecting over 344 kg of litter at Mussanah public beach, Oman, as confirmed on May 25, 2023.
