Aarti Awdhesh Maheshwari (born on July 05, 1972) of Madhya Pradesh, India set a record for maximum mothers and children participating in a walkathon. The walkathon titled “Chalo Mumma Walkathon” was held to commemorate Mother’s Day and saw participation from a total of 300 mother and child pairs who walked for 3 kilometers from 6.00AM to 8.00AM to celebrate the bonding between mother & child. Many social groups, NGO’s and societies also participated in this walkathon as confirmed on May 14, 2023.
