Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited set the record for Maximum Metro Stations Constructed on a Double Decker Viaduct at the Nagpur Metro Rail Project, Maharashtra, India. Three elevated stations named Ujjwal Nagar, Jaiprakash Nagar and Chhatrapati Square, intricately constructed on a 3-layer transportation system with Top-level Metro Rail, Mid-level Highway Flyover and Ground-level Road wherein the Highway Flyover and Metro Rail integrate to form a Double Decker Viaduct. The three Metro stations are disabled-friendly, environmentally-designed with bio-digester technology and solar panels, as confirmed on June 20, 2022.
