Cipla Limited, Maharashtra, India, set a record for the maximum number of healthcare professionals participating in a digital pledge drive to prevent COPD exacerbations. From November 13 to November 30, 2025, a total of 14,127 HCPs nationwide took the digital pledge to promote the “Focus on Mucus” initiative, aimed at improving disease outcomes for patients. This initiative was undertaken to raise large-scale awareness about mucus as a key contributor to disease progression, hospitalization, and symptom worsening, as confirmed on December 13, 2025.
