Ishaan Arun (born on August 26, 2011) of Kerala, India, set a record for receiving the maximum number of e- certificates from WHO. He received 47 World Health Organisation certificates (out of which 31 were records of achievement and 16 were participation certificates) from April 25, 2020 to August 25, 2022 at the age of 11 years, as confirmed on September 3, 2022
