Dong Thap lotus is processed into hundreds of delicious dishes, from soup dishes (chicken porridge with lotus seeds) to dry dishes (butterfly pea flower rice with lotus seeds), from savory dishes (stir-fried lotus stem with spawn) to sweet dishes (dried longan and lotus seed sweet soup), from instant food (roasted butter lotus seeds) to packaged items as gifts for tourists (lotus leaf tea).
