Chef Palanimurugan with Tamilnadu cashew processors and exporters association (TNCPEA), set the record for preparing and displaying the maximum number of Cashew Nuts based dishes in an hour. A total of 103 dishes made using cashew nuts including cashew milkshake, fig cashew smoothie, paneer cashew salad, peri peri cashew fry, cauliflower cashew pakoda, Kaju Makhani, Cashew chatpata, and many more at Panruti, Tamil Nadu, as confirmed on November 23, 2023.
