Vihan S. Kori (born on September 1, 2012) and Jyoti S. Kori (born on March 23, 1979) of Karnataka, India, set a record for the longest nonstop swimming relay by a duo. The relay, which was performed for a duration of 12 hours and 22 minutes at JNMC Swimming Pool, Nehru Nagar, started at 5:08 am on September 5, 2024, and ended at 5:30 pm. The purpose of the event was to spread awareness about health and fitness, as confirmed on September 5, 2024.
