Tamil Nadu Speed Skating Association (TNSSA) organised the Lowest Limbo skating event, wherein R. Naveen Kumar (born on November 22, 2011) of Chennai, accomplished the Lowest Limbo Skating for 70m distance, while performing under 9 inches height from the ground in 20.4secs, at Tamil Nadu, Chennai, on February 28, 2018.
