Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL), Maharashtra, India, set a record for conducting the largest multi-location electrical safety awareness rally. A total of 27,155 individuals from all 16 zones of MSEDCL participated in the electrical safety awareness rally held on June 5, 2025. The initiative aimed to educate citizens in the state of Maharashtra, about safe practices when using electricity and to promote the importance of using certified electrical equipment and avoiding illegal power connections along with energy conservation, as confirmed on August 1, 2025.
