Largest Hand Sanitization Exercise
Armed Forces Medical Services, India, set a record for ‘Largest Hand Sanitization Exercise’. A total of 50, 602 medical personnel gathered at their respective health care facilities and simultaneously performed hand hygiene. The objective of the event was to highlight the importance of hand hygiene using sanitizer as an effective and affordable method to prevent disease and save lives, as confirmed on February 5, 2026.
