Energy Swaraj Foundation (founded by Prof. Chetan Singh Solanki, also known as the solar man/solar Gandhi of India), set the record for highest number of climate clocks assembled and displayed at multiple venues in a single day. A total of 559 climate clocks were assembled by the participants in the age group of 10-50yrs gathered at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium in New Delhi and were joined virtually by more participants from across the country to create individual Climate clocks. The activity was undertaken to commemorate ‘Earth Day’ which is celebrated every year on April 22, 2023.
