Vivek Kumar (born on December 4, 1990) of Bihar, India (currently residing in Italy), is titled as ‘Grand Master’ for being a weapon instructor at a young age. He is a certified weapon instructor and was conferred the National Diploma by MSP Italia- A functional sports body of CONI (Italian National Olympic Committee), Government of Italy- on October 17, 2020 (at the age of 29 years and 10 months), as confirmed on April 12, 2021.
