Saurabh Mandal (born on December 19, 1997) of Assam, India, is titled as ‘Grand Master’ for being an artist to have made two portraits of famous personalities of India namely Dr. Bhupen Hazarika (measuring 57.5 cm x 44.5 cm) in 7 minutes and 45 seconds, and Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose (measuring 41 cm x 61 cm) in 7 minutes and 55 seconds upside down using brush with mouth, at the young age of 23 years and 1 month, as confirmed on February 9, 2021.
