Mark Julius Rodelas of the Philippines set a record for being the fastest to run 100 m obstacle course race at the 32nd SEA Games, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He took just 25 seconds and 92 milliseconds to finish the race, as confirmed on November 1, 2023.
