Gravton Motors Private Limited of Telangana, India set a record for being the fastest to cover Kanyakumari to Leh while riding on an electric scooter (Gravton Quanta). Starting on September 13, 2021 at 7.57 pm from Kanyakumari, the expedition covered a distance of 4011.9 kms and reached Khar dung La on September 20, 2021 at 4.15 pm. They covered the distance in a time of 164 hours and 30 minutes, as confirmed on January 19, 2022.
