Nihad Panju (born on September 25, 1990) of Maharashtra, India, set a record for being the fastest to complete a half marathon. Despite being diagnosed with left sided Hemiplegia (a partial paralysis caused by a brain injury), he completed a half marathon (Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon) in 3 hours, 22 minutes and 40 seconds on January 20, 2013, as confirmed on September 9, 2023.
