Mukesh Nathu Musale (born on September 14, 1985) of Maharashtra, India, set a record for the fastest homeopathic treatment of Thrombocytopenia disease without blood transfusion. He treated an 11-year-old baby whose platelet count had dropped to 44,000. After giving homeopathic medicine on October 9, 2019, the platelet count rose to 84,000 and 1,29,000 on October 10 and October 11 respectively. This emergency was managed in OPD without blood or platelet transfusion, as confirmed on February 27, 2021.
