Univastu Bootes Infra LLP of Haryana, India set the record for the fastest construction of Net Zero Library in Asia during the construction of Jhansi Library, located at Shiksha Bhawan, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India. The library being one of a kind in India was designed and reconstructed after demolishing the old library building, as per the Net-Zero vision wherein the amount of carbon emissions associated with a building is zero or negative. The construction completed in 90 days starting March 22, 2023 and ending on June 20, 2023, as confirmed on June 21, 2023.
