Dr. Jalam Singh (born on May 26, 1978) of Rajasthan, India set a record for an award-winning book on economic crime and police. At the time, he was serving as a head constable in the Rajasthan Police (currently serving as an Assistant Sub-Inspector), and was conferred with the Pandit Govind Vallabh Pant award by the honourable Union Home Minister, Sh. Amit Shah. He wrote a book titled ‘Arthik Apradh Tatha Police’ in Hindi, published by the Police Research and Development Bureau, as confirmed May 13, 2025.
