International Headquarters of Assistance to Ukrainians in Lviv, Ukraine, set a record by organising the event with maximum people singing a song. A total of 1086 people from 47 countries sang the song “In the meadow, a red kalyna” with the objective to unite Ukrainians around the world, as confirmed on April 14, 2023.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the International Headquarters of Ukraine, set a record for organizing the event with maximum people singing the National Anthem of Ukraine on the 31st anniversary of  the Independence day of Ukraine, as confirmed on April 13, 2023.

Long Xuyen broken rice (An Giang Province, Vietnam) set an Asian Record value (according to the Asian Records Criterion for Cuisine and Specialty). Long Xuyen broken rice is unique in that it is cooked with small broken grains, giving it a fleshy texture that melts in the mouth when eaten. The broken rice is accompanied by thinly sliced pork skin, meatloaf, grilled pork ribs, and caramelized braised eggs, served with pickled vegetables, a scallion and oil garnish, and mixed fish sauce. Cau Duc pineapple based-dishes (Hau Giang province, Vietnam) set an Asian record value (according to the Asian Records criteria for cuisine and specialty). Cau Duc Pineapple is Thailand’s Queen variety, with dark yellow flesh and a crispy, sweet flavor. The locals have produced a plethora of high-value pineapple-based products such as pineapple fruit juice, dried pineapple, jam, Hau Giang province has planned an event in 2022 to process 100 dishes made from Cau Duc pineapple and has been awarded the national record for “the largest event for preparing and processing dishes made from pineapple in Vietnam”. Traditional cakes in Can Tho (Can Tho city, Vietnam) set an Asian Record value (according to the Asian Records Criterion for Cuisine and Specialty). Can Tho City, located on the Mekong Delta River, is well-known for its extensive selection of traditional cakes. Hundreds of exquisite traditional cakes are made from rice and sticky rice, wrapped in leaves, and flavored with a wide range of distinct flavors. These long-standing culinary values are locally preserved and promoted around the world through the yearly Southern Folk Cake Festivals. The record was confirmed on March 23rd, 2023.

Vasyl Yakubets and his wife, Lesya of Transcarpathia, Ukraine, set a record for making the largest swing. The swing measuring 11.6 meters, is installed at the farm “Highland Ranch” in Khust district to increase folk attraction, as confirmed on April 13, 2023.

“Na Chasi” restaurant at Kyiv, Ukraine, set a record for organising a fundraiser where a loaf with maximum ingredients was baked. The loaf with more than 100 ingredients was dedicated to the defenders of Ukraine. It was baked at the fundraiser organised to purchase cars for the military project “1000 Cars of Freedom”,as confirmed on April 12, 2023.

Volodymyr Moisey of Ukraine, set a record of being the first specially-abled athlete representing Ukraine in Europe to become Strongman. Despite having lost his left arm, he became the Strongman in the Arnold Strongman Classic competition held in Spain, as confirmed on April 11, 2023.

Kashvi Pareek (born on June 12, 2014) of Rajasthan, India, is titled as ‘Grand Master’ for colouring 3 full size pictures (in a colouring book) in 28 minutes and 10 seconds, while being blindfolded, using coloured pencils at the age of 8 years and 7 months, as confirmed on March 2, 2023.

N. Navin Venkatesh (born on August 30, 2017) of Tamil Nadu, India, set a record for being the fastest to write Roman numbers from 1 to 100. He wrote Roman numbers from 1 to 100 in 6 minutes and 57 seconds at the age of 5 years, 5 months and 10 days, as confirmed on February 16, 2023.
