Chef Nick DiGiovanni and Chef Lynn Davis of Massachusetts, USA set a record for the largest sushi roll. They used 500 pounds of cucumber, 500 pounds of salmon, 2000 pounds of sushi rice and 1000 pounds of nori in its making. The giant sushi roll that the chef duo created weighed a whooping 1360 kg, it measured 2.16 meter or 7 feet 1 inch in terms of diameter, as confirmed on October 7, 2022.

Vidhi Shailesh Patel (born on February 13, 1993) of Gujarat, India, set a record for making the largest soil painting with Lippan art. She made a soil painting (measuring 8 feet x 8 feet) with Lippan art on a MDF sheet of 6 mm using 10 types of soil from different states and 12 natural colours with a caption ‘Save Soil Save Farmer’in just 11 days, as confirmed on August 18, 2022.

Yuvraj (born on March 26, 2011) of Haryana, India, set a record for solving blindfolded the maximum number of Rubik’s cubes in 30 minutes. He solved 19 Rubik’s cubes including 2×2, 3×3, Skewb, Pyraminx in 30 minutes, while being blindfolded, at the age of 11 years, 5 months and 12 days, as confirmed on September 7, 2022.

Anvithaa Karthick (born on October 17, 2010) of Tamil Nadu, India, set a record for solving the maximum number of 3×3×3 Rubik’s Cubes in 30 minutes while balancing a Karagam on head. She solved 28 times (3x3x3) Rubik’s Cubes in 30 minutes while balancing a Karagam on her head, at the age of 12 years and 29 days, as confirmed on November 15, 2022.

Aniruth Sai Karthik (born on August 20, 2015) of Tamil Nadu, India, set a record for solving a set of 4 Rubik’s Cubes for the maximum number of times in 30 minutes. He solved a set of 7 different Rubik’s Cubes (3x3x3, 2×2, Pyraminx and Skewb) for 7 times in 30 minutes, at the age of 7 years, 2 months and 26 days, as confirmed on November 15, 2022.

Sun Mingming and his wife Xu Yan of China, sets a record for being the tallest married couple. The height of the couple is 236.17 cm and 187.3 cm respectively, having a combined height of 423.47 cm, as confirmed on December 15, 2022.
