Rotary International District 3262 led by District Governor Rtn Yagyansis Mohapatra set a record for the biggest sand eye sculpture to promote eye donation at the bank of the River Kuakhai, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The sculpture measured an impressive 195 feet in length and 32 feet in height.   The Art of Living in Patna, Bihar set a record for performing Jhijhiya Folk Dance by maximum number of dancers simultaneously at a venue. A total of 1,012 dancers performed the traditional Jhijhiya dance, a folk dance from the Mithila region of Bihar and Nepal.
