Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited, India sets a record for maximum number of doctors pledged for antimicrobial resistance awareness. From April 15, 2025, to May 17, 2025, a total of 66,089 doctors took an online pledge to raise awareness about antimicrobial resistance. This initiative aimed to educate the medical community on the dangers of antimicrobial resistance and promote responsible antibiotic usage, as confirmed on May 30, 2025.

J. Kavinaya (born on July 30, 2019) of Tamil Nadu, India, set a record for reciting all the shlokas of the Bhagavad Gita chapter 12. She recited all the 20 shlokas of the Bhagavad Gita chapter 12 in 1 minute and 45 seconds, at the age of 5 years, 9 months and 10 days, as confirmed on May 15, 2025.

National Institute for the Empowerment of the Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (Divyangjan), an autonomous institute under the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD), Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt. of India, set the record for the maximum participants with disabilities performing yoga under one roof.  A total of 3282 participants with various disabilities including intellectual disabilities, hearing, visual & locomotor, specific learning disabilities and many other disabilities in the age group of 13-40 years assembled together and performed Yoga at Kanha Shanti Vanam, Ranga Reddy, Telangana as confirmed on June 21, 2025.

Pravin Vinayak Shrisunder (born on September 15, 1963) of Maharashtra, India, set a record for being the oldest to drive across all Indian states under the Tropic of Cancer zone. He, along with his wife, drove across all 8 Indian states through which the Tropic of Cancer passes, namely Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Tripura and Mizoram from January 12, 2025 to March 26, 2025, at the age of 61 years, 7 months and 10 days, as confirmed on May 6, 2025.

Rotary International District 3262, Odisha, India, set a record for the largest number of students gathering to celebrate parental respect and gratitude.
