Sreeganga M. (born on August 3, 2014) of Kerala, India, set a record for being the fastest to recite the names of all countries with capitals while simultaneously calculating single-digit integers. She recited the names of all 195 (UN recognised) countries with capitals in 5 minutes and 32 seconds while simultaneously calculating 80 single-digit integers and providing one correct answer, at the age of 10 years, 9 months and 3 days, as confirmed on May 14, 2025.

Kamalpreet Singh of Punjab, India set the record for the maximum number of type 2 diabetes patients guided into remission in a year. In 2024-25, a total of 101 patients reversed diabetes with his guidance through evidence-based nutrition protocols, including the Moderate Glycemic Load (MGL) diet and Insulin Sensitivity Optimization (ISO) techniques, as confirmed on April 5, 2025.

Shahid Nirmal Mahto medical college of Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India under the guidance of Dr Ali Zaid Anwar and team set a record for the Heaviest Spleen Surgically Removed from a Female Patient. A 7.5 kg spleen, measuring 40 x 27 x 12 cm, with a body percentage weight of 17.5 %, was successfully removed during a splenectomy performed on May 7, 2025. This achievement demonstrates exceptional medical precision and surgical expertise, as confirmed on May 15, 2025.

Samajik Vanikaran Van Vibhag, Surat, Range Bardoli and JCI Bardoli, Surat, Gujarat, India set a record for the maximum number of seedballs made simultaneously by individuals.
