Lalchungnunga (born on April 21, 1984) of Mizoram, India, set a record for training the maximum number of personnel in disaster management. He trained 7,352 personnel in disaster management, from 2017 to 2026, at various locations for different groups, and was awarded with the Governor’s Gold Medal on the occasion of Independence Day 2025, as confirmed on May 20, 2026.
