Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India set a record for the maximum number of people performing ‘Trikonasana’ during the Yoga Mahotsav, an event to commemorate 75 Days to International Day of Yoga 2026. A total of 6,000 participants actively took part in the mass yoga demonstration. The primary objective of the event is to promote and disseminate the diverse dimensions of Yoga, emphasizing its significance for health, well-being, and global peace at Chatrapati Shri Shivaji Maharaj Udyan, Patel Nagar, Lonar, Near Lona Lake, Buldhana, Maharashtra, as confirmed on April 07, 2026.
