Balwinder Singh (born on July 6, 1973) of Punjab, India, set a record for achieving the maximum number of academic certificates. Being specially-abled (diagnosed with 60% permanent disability in both eyes), he achieved a total number of 77 academic certificates, comprising course certificates, degrees, diplomas and certificates of Ph.D. course work, from various institutions, including schools, colleges and universities from 1993 and 2024, as confirmed on July 7, 2025.
