Dr. Wazir Chand Goyal (born on February 20, 1945) of Haryana, India, is titled as ‘Grand Master’ for winning national level relay races. He achieved these positions in 4×400 m relay races for 37th National Masters Athletics’ Meet-2016, 38th National Masters Athletics Meet-2017, Indo-Bangladesh Masters Athletics Meet-2018 and National Masters Athletics Championship-2019 consecutively, as confirmed on July 30, 2025.
