Chef Neeta Anjankar, Maharashtra, India, set a record for the maximum quantity of ‘Kaccha Chiwda’ prepared without heat. On September 14, 2025, she prepared and distributed 556 kilograms of Kaccha Chiwda, a culturally iconic snack of Nagpur made using raw poha, puffed rice, peanuts, Sev and peanut oil. The initiative aimed to promote local cuisine while supporting public welfare by distributing the snack to citizens and charitable organizations, as confirmed on September 14, 2025.
