The Committee on MSME & Startup of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, set a record for the maximum MSME mentorship felicitations achieved in a day. On June 27, 2025, a total of 19,355 MSME were mentored across different branches of the ICAI. The initiative aimed to educate and train micro small and medium entrepreneurs to expand their business by offering them technical skills relevant to their trade. The mentorship sessions covered critical aspects of financial management including compliance, taxation sustainability and digital transformation, as confirmed on August 22, 2025.
