A total of 5,139 HCPs joined this awareness movement to promote a “Tension Free Life” through dance. Recognizing the role of physical activity in managing hypertension, this initiative highlighted dance as a powerful and enjoyable tool to reduce stress and improve heart health, as confirmed on May 12, 2025.
