Longest time spent living in an underwater fixed habitat

Dr Joseph Dituri, also known as Dr Deep Sea, of Florida, USA, set a record for the longest time spent living in an underwater fixed habitat, the Jules’ Undersea Lodge in Key Largo, Florida, USA. He spent 100 days living 22 feet (6.7 metres) below the surface of the Florida Keys at the bottom of the Emerald Lagoon in about 100 square feet (9.2 sq metres) of useable space, in an effort to research the long-term effects of increased pressure on human body, as confirmed on February 26, 2024.
