Mrs. Neeta Anjankar (Chef) of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India set the record for making the maximum quantity of Ambil from millet and distributed among people. A cancer patient Mrs. Neeta Anjankar (Chef) along with her team prepared 1000 kg of millet Ambil, a traditional delicacy with deep cultural roots, to showcase the benefits of millets for all. Ingredients like Sorghum Millet, Peanut, Dry fruits, Sour Curd, Sugar, Turmeric, Oil, Spices and hot water were used to prepare the Ambil, later it was distributed among the people at MKH Sancheti Public School and Junior College, Hindustan Colony, Wardha Road, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India; as confirmed on April 28, 2024.
