Self discipline is the best discipline. Stick and broom are not the solutions for everything. Our authorities spend quite a lot, toil hard throughout a year, to manage, bring in control unruly elements which in addition to being a pain for them, hamper in peaceful lives of we majority of citizens, who have got nothing to do with nothing but just creating chaos, ruckus, turmoil etc, strategizing and inflicting people. Majority of common citizens remain worried about their bread and butter, but the ones who are hinted in here, just create worries for society, country.
